Comox Warehouse Assistant - Now Recruiting for May to September

In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our inventory control, ensuring that thousands of pieces of dishware, glassware, cutlery, and catering equipment are ready for events every week.

This is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. We are looking for someone who thrives on speed and efficiency without sacrificing accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment: Pack, check, and verify high-volume rental orders for delivery, ensuring 100% accuracy.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee shipping and receiving, restocking, and general maintenance of all rental inventory to keep our warehouse organized.
  • Customer Service: Assist walk-in customers with loading and unloading rental equipment, providing a friendly and professional experience.
  • Operational Support: Assist in other departments as needed, including the maintenance of tables and chairs, and the processing of returns (washing and sanitizing dishware/equipment).
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

Comox Tent/Delivery/Warehouse Technician - Full Time - Now Recruiting

In this multifaceted role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for the safe delivery and professional installation of event equipment across Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands, while also playing a key role in our warehouse operations.

This is a full-time position that involves physical work, great team collaboration, and the opportunity to help execute many of the region’s premier events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery & Logistics: Safely transport rental equipment to private residences, businesses, and event sites throughout Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands.
  • Installation & Breakdown: Professionally install and dismantle tents and various rental equipment. (Comprehensive training will be provided).
  • Warehouse Operations:
    • Pack, check, and verify orders for upcoming deliveries, ensuring high accuracy.
    • Handle shipping, receiving, and restocking of inventory.
    • Maintain warehouse organization and ensure equipment is cleaned and ready for the next client.

Comox Front End Manager - Position Filled

All In One Party Shop is looking to add to our amazing team! This position includes multitasking in all aspects of event design & planning from client meetings & managing rental orders to helping clients create amazing weddings and events & some onsite execution. The successful applicant must be creative, well organized and able to work with a variety of clientele. Past experience organizing events or social occasions is an asset whether privately or professionally.

Use of Windows and the ability to use a computer comfortably is also important as training with our rental software will be provided. Basic office administration is also an asset but not mandatory as training is available. As front end manager you will work with the bookkeeper doing basic daily, weekly and monthly tasks to keep the contracts up to date in the rental software.

As this position includes working with rental items and onsite set-up, applicants must be able to do physical work including some heavy lifting and occasional long tiring, rewarding days! Team work plays a major role in the company so applicant must be willing to assist in all areas of the business with leadership skills or supervisory experience being a definite asset. This position will work primarily out of our Comox Valley location with some travel required depending on the project.

Comox Warehouse Co-ordinator - Full Time - Position Filled

Do you excel at organization? All In One Party Shop is looking for a mature, hardworking individual for full time work to handle warehouse organization, processing and care of rental equipment. Duties involve medium to moderate lifting and include but not limited to warehouse reporting, preparing large rental orders, maintenance of rental equipment and delivery of orders. This position requires managing and training of seasonal staff for warehouse and delivery tasks.

Drivers license required for this position. Fork lift ticket is an asset with ticket training provided.
